Cancellation Policy
If a patient arrives late and no other patient is scheduled at that time, they may still be seen. However, if another patient is being seen, the late patient will need to wait until the provider is available or reschedule their appointment. A 10-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. Patients arriving later than this may need to reschedule, depending on availability. We kindly request that patients notify us in advance if they anticipate being late.
